Lou Zecca

Lou Zecca is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in military and federal construction management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Conti Federal Services since July 2020, Lou previously held leadership roles such as President of Pernix Federal and Project Executive at Verdex Construction. Lou's earlier positions include President of David Boland, Inc. and Mid Atlantic Business Unit Leader at Weston Solutions, Inc., where responsibility encompassed large-scale construction and engineering operations. With a strong foundation in logistics from the U.S. Department of Defense and a proven track record in strategic business development, Lou has spent over 27 years in leadership positions, culminating in the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps. Lou holds a BS in Computer Science/Math from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
