Alecia Avent

Alecia Avent is a design manager at CONTI who has over ten years of experience in the industry. Alecia started their career at CallisonRTKL in 2009 as a senior associate and project design manager. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating design development, managing client relationships, and developing and managing project deliverables, schedule and budget. Alecia also led the overall design concepts for new projects, directed space planning of furniture and fixtures, and facilitated product research, development, and manufacturer coordination.

In their current role at CONTI, Alecia is responsible for leading the design team and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Alecia also manages client relationships and provides guidance on interior finish selections, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Alecia has worked on a variety of high-profile projects during their career, including Bloomingdale’s (multiple locations), Neiman Marcus Palo Alto, California, 51 East Doha, Qatar, The Outlet Collection Elizabeth, New Jersey, Pizza Hut & Yum! Restaurants International Center of Research Excellence Plano, Texas, Callison Architects Office Dallas, Texas, and Hudson Group-Dufry Tax & Duty Free (multiple locations).

Alecia Avent has a Bachelor of Interior Design from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Radford University.
