Vijay Ugalmugale is a seasoned professional in product design and development, currently serving as DGM at The Supreme Industries Ltd since April 2021. Previously, Vijay held the role of Senior Manager - Design and Development at The Supreme Ind Ltd in Pune for nearly seven years, focusing on new product initiatives. Earlier experience includes managing a CAD team at Silicon Meadows Engineering Services Ltd and contributing to tool design at V.I.P Industries Ltd, where expertise in UG NX and CNC programming was developed. Vijay began a career in die designing for automotive parts at SIPRA Engineering Pvt. Ltd. after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
