Natasha Lawrence has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Natasha began their career in 2011 with Red Carnation Hotels, where they completed a Graduate Management Programme and worked across various departments. Natasha demonstrated exceptional performance, leading to an early graduation and promotion to the role of Sales Manager. During this time, Natasha also undertook several projects focused on enhancing customer experience and developing a loyalty program for the brand.

In 2014, Natasha joined ANdAZ (Hyatt Hotels Corporation) as a Senior Sales Manager, where they successfully contributed to the sales team for two years.

In 2016, Natasha transitioned to Criterion Capital Limited as an Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for pre-opening strategies for three hotels. Natasha later advanced to the role of Area Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing the commercial division and managing the sales, marketing, and branding strategies for multiple properties.

Currently, Natasha is employed at Contiki Holidays as the Commercial and Product Development Director. Their responsibilities include revenue management, pricing strategy, commercial objectives and reporting, product strategy and development, and web and digital initiatives. Natasha works closely with the CEO to achieve global commercial targets and oversees a sizable multi-disciplinary team. Additionally, Natasha functions as a Project Director, driving business transformation projects and leading a global review of product offerings.

Natasha Lawrence completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week in 2022. In 2017, they obtained a Digital Marketing Diploma from City, University of London, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Prior to that, Natasha earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Leeds in 2011.
