Asad Muhammad Abbasi

Asad Muhammad Abbasi has over 16 years of experience in quality assurance and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as Sr Manager QA & PD at Continental Biscuits Limited since November 2010, Asad is responsible for implementing the company's Food Safety and Quality Management System, as well as actively participating in HACCP plan maintenance. Previous roles at Continental include Deputy Manager QAHSE and Associate Manager QAHSE, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing quality assurance processes, managing compliance with various standards, and supervising raw and packing materials. Asad’s earlier experience includes positions at Shan Foods Private Limited as a Packaging Development Officer and at Hilal Confectionery (Pvt) Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Officer. Asad holds a Master of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Karachi University.
