Mike Kralik

Mike Kralik has a strong background in plant management, with experience at Continental Building Products and LafargeHolcim. Mike has successfully led operations, turnaround projects, and new line initiatives. Mike has also held various roles in production, operations, and process engineering. Prior to their plant management roles, Mike started as an Assistant Plant Chemist at PQ Corporation. Mike graduated with a degree in Chemistry, Biology, and Math from Emporia State University.
