Billy Reaves

Billy Reaves has a diverse and extensive work history spanning several years. Billy started their career in 1992 as a Machinist Mate in the US Navy, where they were responsible for maintenance and operations. Billy later moved on to become a Project Manager at Emory S. Land, overseeing repairs and installations for shipboard and submarine equipment. In the US Navy, Reaves held the role of Quality Assurance Superintendant, where they developed a systematic approach to quality control and reduced equipment failures. Billy also served as a Senior Project Manager, leading a team in a successful $250 million overhaul project. Reaves joined the US Navy again in 2014 as the Director of the Performance Monitoring Group, responsible for monitoring and analyzing critical systems' performance for safe and reliable submarine operations.
