Kiel Heike

Kiel Heike has a diverse background in various industries, starting as a machinist apprentice at Blong Technology Center. Kiel has worked their way up in the manufacturing sector, gaining experience in roles such as Production Assistant, Maintenance Mechanic, and Control Room Operator at Lafarge Cement and Continental Cement Co. Currently, Kiel serves as the Quality Laboratory Supervisor at Continental Cement Co, where Kiel utilizes their skills in chemical analysis and quality assurance to maintain production goals. In addition to their work in manufacturing, Kiel also has experience as a Real Estate Investor, managing rehabs and negotiating property agreements.
