Charles Bernhard

Charles Bernhard has over 27 years of work experience in various senior management roles. Charles is currently the Vice President - Global Quality and Certifications at Continental Disc Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Boeing as a Senior Quality Systems Specialist - QMS Lead from January 2021 to July 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance at Essex Industries. Before that, they held the position of Director of Quality, Fabrication and Composites at LMI Aerospace, Inc. from 2015 to 2017. Charles also worked as Quality Assurance and Engineering/Planning Manager at LMI Aerospace from 2011 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Production Manager and Quality Assurance Manager at Paulo Heat Treating, Brazing and Metal Finishing from 2005 to 2011. Charles also served as the Director of Operations at Polytainers Inc. from 2002 to 2003. Their first role as a senior manager was at Summit Polymers, where they held positions like Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Engineering Manager from 1994 to 2002.

Charles Bernhard attended the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1981 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
