Claire Cutler serves as a Trail Policy Specialist at the Continental Divide Trail Coalition since July 2023, focusing on policy analysis related to the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail. In parallel, Claire works as an Education Consultant for the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, managing education programs and editing marine science curricula. Prior experience includes developing STEM lesson plans for K-12 students at the Great Basin National Park Foundation and producing educational presentations for NOAA's Ocean Guardian Schools Program. Claire has also contributed to environmental policy reports at the U.S. Department of State and coordinated outreach for Georgetown University's New Student Orientation. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and has a background in education and outreach from various institutions, including Punahou School.
