Lydia Veronika Knapp

Lydia Veronika Knapp has extensive experience in human resources and operational roles, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Continental Engineering Services since July 2018. In this capacity, Lydia acts as a sparring partner for leadership, focusing on recruiting and strategic personnel management. Previously, Lydia held the position of HR Operations Analyst, managing nationwide student support, reporting on sickness rates, and contributing to health management initiatives. Lydia began the career at WINDSTAR MEDICAL GmbH, where responsibilities included customer order processing and customer care, after gaining foundational experience as a secretary and in an apprenticeship in office management. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes Bielefeld and a state-certified business management qualification with a focus on personnel management from Wilhelm Knapp Schule.
