Currently serving as Legal Director for Latin America at Ria Money Transfer, Ana Elena oversees the company's expansion and digital transformation initiatives, focusing on regulatory compliance and licensing. Previously, Ana Elena held roles including Senior Legal Counsel for Ria Money Transfer and Legal Counsel at Abengoa, where responsibilities included participation in restructuring processes, contract negotiation, and managing bankruptcy proceedings.
