Marina Halela has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as Chief Legal Officer at Continental Farmers Group, Deputy Director of Department of Legal Practice and Land resources at Agroholding Mriya, and Lawyer at State Company “Mishkovitskiy spirt plant.” Marina has a Master's degree in Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Throughout their career, Marina has been responsible for strategic tax planning, managing tax policies, interaction with various administrative bodies, and providing legal support for company operations. Marina has also been involved in developing model contracts, representing company interests in court proceedings, and overseeing changes in company documents.
