Jason Lilly, CRCM, CAFCA has extensive work experience in the field of compliance. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Continental Finance Company since December 2021. Prior to this role, they held positions at the same company including Senior Vice President Compliance from January 2021 to December 2021, Vice President Compliance from April 2019 to January 2021, and Regulatory Compliance Manager from August 2017 to April 2019.

Before joining Continental Finance Company, Jason worked at Barclays as an AVP - IB KYC from December 2014 to August 2017. Jason also had a brief tenure at JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Compliance Officer from February 2014 to December 2014. Earlier in their career, they served as a Compliance Manager at Sallie Mae from August 2010 to February 2014.

Jason Lilly, CRCM, CAFCA holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Boston College. In addition to their Bachelor's degree, they have obtained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association in February 2020. Furthermore, Jason obtained the Certified AML Fintech Compliance Associate (CAFCA) certification from ACAMS in June 2022.
