Andres Naranjo Sierra

Andres Naranjo Sierra is an experienced geologist with a robust background in exploration management, currently serving as Exploration Manager at Zijin-Continental Gold since June 2020. Prior to this role, Andres held key positions at Continental Gold Inc., including Exploration Superintendent and Exploration Director, as well as Chief of Exploration for Buritica. Andres began a career in the geosciences at AngloGold Ashanti, progressing from Geologist to Senior Geologist between October 2006 and April 2017. Academically, Andres achieved a Master of Science in Geology/Earth Science from Universidad de Caldas (2016-2019) and holds a degree in Geology from the same institution (2000-2005), complemented by business training from INALDE Business School in 2019.
