Jay Lin

Jay Lin, Ph.D., P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering, project management, earthquake engineering, research, and teaching. Jay has held various high-level positions in organizations such as AECOM, National Center for Research on Earthquake Engineering, and Taiwan Construction Research Institute. Additionally, Jay has a strong educational background with a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
