The current leadership team at Continental Insurance Lanka has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors. They have worked in companies such as Sri Lanka Insurance, Ganlath's Law Office, Ministry of Public Administration, Printcare Group, and Ezy Global Holdings Colombo. They have also worked in various industries such as information technology, human resources, finance, and risk management. In addition, they have received education from institutions such as Law College, Sri Lanka and the University of Colombo.
