Troy Thelen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2003, they spent four years at Union Bank, where they worked as a Credit Analyst/Collections Officer and later became a Consumer/Commercial Loan Officer. In 2008, Thelen joined the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, where they held various positions over the course of 14 years. These roles included Asset Manager/Transaction Specialist, Manager - Small Scale Assets, Transactions Manager, and ultimately Director of Asset Management. Thelen's most recent position is with Continental Management LLC, where they currently serve as the Executive Vice President, starting in October 2022.
