Adunni O. has a diverse work experience in the food industry, starting with their role as a Research Intern at the USDA-ARS, SAA Food Science Research Unit. Adunni then worked as a Culinary Assistant at the 42nd Street Oyster Bar and Seafood Grill, where they showcased their skills in preparing meals to customer specifications. Adunni then joined FDY Foodservice Inc. as a Caterer, where they assisted in catering functions for notable events.

Adunni later became a Culinary Intern at Walt Disney World, where they gained experience in various stations and excelled in resolving guest service issues. Adunni also worked part-time as a Barista and Trainer at Starbucks, where they trained new employees and was responsible for coffee preparation and store closing duties.

Adunni then joined Johnson & Wales University as a Student Assistant in the Science Department, where they provided administrative and creative support. Adunni also worked at HJ Heinz as a Culinary Intern, where they identified and researched culinary trends and developed products based on these trends. Adunni further progressed in the company as an Associate Food Technologist, managing and driving product development projects.
