Fernando C. possesses extensive experience in sales and regional management across various companies. Currently serving as Director de país at Grupo Continental Motores since May 2021, Fernando previously held the position of Gerente de Pais at Grupo UMA Centroamerica from January 2018 to October 2019. Prior to this, Fernando was Regional Comercial Chief at CLC from October 2015 to December 2017, and Regional Chief for El Salvador and Honduras at Grupo CLC from January 2012 to January 2015. Key responsibilities have included preparing sales plans and budgets, demand forecasting, recruitment and training of sales personnel, territory delineation, and establishing sales quotas and performance standards.
