Steven Carpenter

Steven Carpenter is an experienced professional in design and project management, currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction & Design Services at Continental Office since November 2023. Prior roles include Manager of Design Services and Design Integrator at Vantis, alongside positions at One Workplace and a previous tenure at Continental Office as Senior Designer. Steven’s experience spans various aspects of design, including space planning, furniture design, and project budgeting. Additionally, Steven has a background in retail management with Walmart, where roles included Assistant Store Manager, Zone Manager, and Training Coordinator. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from The University of Akron, earned between 2004 and 2011.
