Gus has been working with Continental Real Estate and affiliated partnerships for over 30 years, leading Multifamily, Student Housing and Mixed-Use commercial project development and construction efforts representing over 7500 residential units and 500,000 SF of mixed-use space over 8 states. He is an Owner Representative that oversees project development from initial concept stage through completion with coordination and oversight of consultant and construction teams, entitlements, as well as budget management.
