Michael Hudec is Vice President of Development for Continental Real Estate Companies. For the past seventeen years, Mr. Hudec’s responsibilities included partaking in lease negotiations, overseeing due diligence, planning and design services, obtaining regulatory approvals and permits, owner representation and tenant coordination during the construction phase; thus, effectively managing development projects from start to finish. Project highlights include the 300-acre, $300 million, mixed-use Waterfront development in West Homestead, Homestead and Munhall, Pennsylvania; the 900,000 sf, $250 million mixed use North Shore development between PNC Park and Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; the 280,000 sf, $45 million Pittsburgh International Business Park in Moon Township, Pennsylvania; the 110,000 sf Streets of Cranberry retail lifestyle center in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania; The Galleria Mall building and garage renovations in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania; and development of a Rave Cinemas movie theater in Grove City, Ohio.
