Eugene Wu

As a Data Scientist for Continental Realty Corporation, Eugene is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and producing customized data and prop tech solutions that help drive decision-making across the organization. He works closely with the multifamily and retail acquisition teams, asset management, dispositions, commercial leasing, and the multifamily operations team to help deliver stronger outcomes. Before joining CRC, Eugene was the Principal Data Scientist for a real estate-focused data analytics start-up out of New York City and prior to that was a founding partner at a data analytics company that was acquired by Vista Equity Partners. He has also worked in research and valuations at large investment management firms and started his career as a portfolio analyst at BlackRock, where he specialized in sourcing alternative data sets to provide insights on distressed assets. Eugene earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Statistics from Columbia University.
