Carl Brian von Coo

Carl Brian Von Coo, P.G. possesses extensive experience in geology, currently serving as Operations Geology Supervisor for Continental Resources, overseeing operations in the Powder River and Williston basins since December 2018. Previous roles include Senior Operations Geologist and Operations Geologist at Continental Resources, as well as Operations Geologist and Geosteerer at Chesapeake Energy from June 2013 to December 2018. Prior to these positions, Carl was a Field Geologist/Mud Logger at Nomac Services, LLC, and held roles such as Project Coordinator and Junior Analyst at Emax Laboratories, Inc. and Laboratory Assistant at MWH Laboratories. Carl holds a Master of Science in Geology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of the Philippines.
