Kristin Thomas

Kristin Thomas is the SVP of Public Relations at Continental Resources. Kristin has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kristin started their career as a Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals. Kristin then became an HR Manager at LWPB Architecture. In their current role, they are responsible for conducting recruitment and talent assessment of prospective hires, attending University recruiting events, facilitating new-hire orientation and offboarding exit interviews, assisting firm Principals with employee relations, and assisting external legal counsel with H-1B & PERM processes.

Kristin Thomas has a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from the same school. Kristin also has certification from LinkedIn in both Finding and Retaining High Potentials, and Managing High Potentials. In addition, they are certified by SHRM as a SHRM-Certified Professional, and by the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources.
