Ramana Kancharana has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering, big data, analytics, and machine learning (ML) & artificial intelligence (AI) applications. Ramana is currently working as a Principal at Continental Resources, where they focus on data engineering for big data, analytics, ML, and AI applications. Prior to this role, Ramana served as an Advisor at Continental Resources, specializing in data engineering for big data and analytics applications. Ramana also worked as a Senior Hadoop/Spark Developer at Continental Resources. Later, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Osmania University in 2009-2013. In 2015-2016, Ramana completed a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science at the University of Central Missouri. Most recently, they enrolled in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where they will earn a Master of Science (MS) in ML & AI from 2022 to 2024.

Ramana Kancharana has also acquired several professional certifications over the years. Notably, in 2016, they obtained the CCA 175 - Spark and Hadoop Developer certification from Cloudera.
