Rick Flores

Rick Flores has a solid background in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Lease Operator at Continental Resources since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Lease Operator at XTO Energy from September 2021 to February 2024 and previously held positions as a Lease Operator at Hunt Oil Company and XTO Energy from 2014 to 2014 and 2012 to 2014, respectively. Additionally, Rick gained valuable experience at The Bergaila Companies and Harbison-Fischer as a Lease Operator and Sales Representative, respectively. Rick's career began with service as a Mechanic in the US Army from June 2004 to June 2008. Rick completed education at Crane High School, graduating in 2004.
