Bob Beason has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bob started their career as an Electronics Sales Associate at Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2007 and later worked as a Sales Representative at Art Van Furniture in 2009. In 2010, they transitioned to Verizon Wireless as a Retail Sales Consultant. In 2013, they joined CIA Insurance and Risk Management as a Project Manager and eventually became an Operations Manager/HR Generalist. In 2014, they worked as a Licensed Administrator at LPL Financial. From 2018 to 2022, they were employed at ADP, first as a PEO Implementation Consultant and then as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Learning and Development Business Partner at Continental, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, Bob has acquired various skills and experiences in human resources, project management, sales, and customer service.
Bob Beason attended Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in 2013, where they completed individual courses in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, they studied at Baker College of Clinton Township from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a major in Marketing/Management. Additionally, they hold a certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, although the specific month and year of attainment are unknown.
