Ferris Anthony

Ferris Anthony has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the hospitality and property management industries. Ferris currently serves as the Director of Operations at Continental, where they specialize in developing and managing dining establishments across multiple states. Ferris is responsible for financial performance, operational strategies, and maintaining client relationships.

In 2020, Ferris co-founded Cellar Properties and became the owner and manager of a portfolio of residential rental properties. Ferris handles all aspects of property ownership, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial matters.

From 2014 to 2021, Ferris worked at Concord Hospitality Enterprises, starting as a Food and Beverage Supervisor and advancing to the position of Director of Food and Beverage. Ferris managed all food and beverage operations at the Renaissance Baronette Hotel, including a successful restaurant and meeting space.

In addition to their degrees, Ferris has several certifications including a ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification obtained from the National Restaurant Association in February 2020. Ferris also holds a Certified Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers obtained in 2018, and a Certified Culinarian certification from the American Culinary Federation obtained in 2014.
