Lauren MacEri

Lauren Maceri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lauren began their career as an Arts and Entertainment Editor at The Valley Vanguard in 2008 before moving on to work as a Public Relations Intern for The Saginaw Spirit Hockey Team in 2009. Lauren then worked as an Auditor at DePaul University in 2010 while also serving as a Tax Processor at Ernst & Young during the same time period.

In 2011, Lauren joined RCP Advisors where they initially worked as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for general office administration and supporting team members and guests. Lauren later transitioned to the role of Analyst, Fund Administration, where they managed notifications from underlying funds and performed miscellaneous day-to-day tasks.

Continuing their career, Lauren joined JVS Detroit in 2014 as a Development Associate, responsible for various fundraising and development activities. In 2015, they joined Allegis Global Solutions as a Staffing Specialist, where they supported the full lifecycle contractor procurement process, managed client support activities, and maintained performance reports.

Lauren then worked as a Proposal/Marketing Coordinator at Doeren Mayhew from 2016 to 2017, where they managed proposals and marketing materials. Lauren then joined Populus Group in 2017 as a Staffing Specialist before being promoted to Senior Staffing Specialist in 2019.

Most recently, Lauren is serving as a Business Development Analyst at Continental, starting in 2021. In this role, they execute contract management, provides insight to key stakeholders for contract renewal and negotiation opportunities, and tracks sales pipeline progress using Salesforce.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Lauren Maceri obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from Saginaw Valley State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. More recently, in 2020, they pursued a Michigan Real Estate License from the Michigan Institute of Real Estate to further their expertise in the field of Real Estate.
