Alejandro Campos

Alejandro Campos has over 20 years of experience in human resources and quality management within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Head of HR Automotive Mexico at Continental since April 2007, Alejandro oversees HR activities across multiple locations, including Manufacturing and R&D. Alejandro previously transformed the R&D organization into a hybrid work environment and significantly enhanced employer branding. Earlier roles include managing talent development in the Tire Division and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. Alejandro's career began at Siemens, where responsibilities included leading supplier quality management teams and engineering quality improvements. Alejandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Guadalajara and a Master's in Quality Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.
