Toshihisa Watabe has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Toshihisa currently serves as the Country Head of Mexico at HMC CAPITAL since 2021. Prior to this, Toshihisa held various roles at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) from 2001 to 2021. These roles include Head of Relationship Management Latin America, Vice President - Country Head for Brazil, Central America, Colombia, and Mexico, AVP - Global Relationship Manager for Latin America, Global Relationship Sales Manager Analyst, Senior Client Account Manager (Custody), and Senior Client Account Manager (Fund Accounting). In these positions, Toshihisa was responsible for leading BBH Investor Services relationship efforts, developing new business opportunities, overseeing client service teams, and implementing process improvements.

Toshihisa Watabe completed their high school education at the American School Foundation from 1989 to 2001, earning a High School Diploma. Subsequently, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance with a minor in Computer Information Systems at Bentley University.
