Andi Maroncelli

Andi Maroncelli is an experienced leader in Smart Automations and Digital Transformation, currently serving as the Head of Smart Automations at Continental since December 2020, where agile methodologies and international team collaboration are employed to create effective automations. Previous roles include Head of Innovation & Technology, where Andi worked with external suppliers to advance software solutions for Automotive Supply Chain Management, and Team Lead for SCM Solutions, managing a skilled development team. With a foundation in process analysis and material flow from earlier positions including Supply Chain Management Analyst and Internal Material Flow and Lean Specialist, Andi's logistics expertise was further honed as a Logistics Coordinator at Composites Universal Group and as Office and Logistics Manager at HEAVY PARTS INTERNATIONAL INC. Additionally, Andi successfully managed a quilting fabric retail business, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills and technology implementation. Educational background includes a degree from Portland State University.
