Elson Pina is the Head of the Manufacturing Technology Engineering Department at Continental, where they lead a multidisciplinary team focused on maintenance activities and project execution. Elson holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto, which they completed in 2012.
