Gordana Radulovic Kostadinovic

Gordana Radulovic Kostadinovic serves as the Head of Human Resources at Continental since May 2025 and has been a Member of the Executive Board for the Udruženje HR profesionalaca Srbije - UHRSS since September 2019. Previously, Gordana held the position of Head of Human Resources at Euronet Worldwide from April 2022 to April 2025 and worked as the Human Resources Director at API bank a.d. Beograd from November 2015 to April 2022, after serving as HR Manager. Prior to that, Gordana was the Manager of Planning, Budgeting, Compensation, and Benefits at NIS a.d. from November 2012 to November 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Master's degree in Project Management from Univerzitet u Beogradu, Fakultet organizacionih nauka.
