Robert Sepeda

Robert Sepeda, M.S. HRD, serves as the Head of Human Resources at Prometheus Federal Services since November 2023, where responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership on HR strategies and managing a range of HR activities, including recruitment and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Robert held the position of Corporate Director of Human Resources at TSP from August 2016 to November 2023, overseeing HR functions for a workforce of 500 across 42 states and Canada. Additional experience includes serving as a Business Administration Specialist at Innovative Reasoning, LLC, and as a Human Resources Manager in the United States Marine Corps. Robert is pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, having previously earned a Master's in Human Resources Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's in Sociology from American Military University.
