Ida Sölter is currently the Head of Sales Operation DACH & Compounding at Continental and has led the EMEA Inside Sales team at ContiTech Antriebssysteme from 2010 to 2025. Prior to that, they were involved in production planning at ContiTech from 2008 to 2009. Ida holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Technology from Hochschule Hannover, which they earned between 1990 and 1995, and completed training as a Kunststoff und Kautschuk Formgeber at Continental AG from 1990 to 1992.
