Isabel Dittmann

Isabel Dittmann has a diverse background in human resources and education, currently serving as an HR Specialist Education at Continental from March 2021 to September 2025, focusing on the strategic development of training programs, event planning, and the creation of communication channels. Previously, Dittmann was a Dual Student at Continental, gaining experience across various departments including metal processing and strategic purchasing, and worked on a project involving the construction of an autonomous cart. Dittmann also held the position of Ausbildungsreferentin IT, where responsibilities included recruiting for dual studies in IT, mentoring trainees, and developing innovative concepts for onboarding and events.
