Julia-Jasmin Sinapius (née Niescken) is the Head of Compounding Business at Continental AG, a position held since 2024. They previously served as M&A Manager and Head of Sales for End Customers in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Continental AG from 2019. Earlier in their career, Julia-Jasmin worked as an Analyst and Associate in M&A at Bankhaus Lampe KG and gained experience as an Assistant to the Management in the family-owned Alexander Niescken GmbH from 2001 to 2009. Julia-Jasmin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Cologne Business School and completed an Executive Development Program at London Business School in 2023.
