Maithri Santhosh

Maithri Santhosh has extensive experience in quality management and software release strategies, currently serving as the Head of Global Software & India AM Product Quality for Autonomous Mobility at Continental from April 2020 to December 2023. In this role, Maithri leads global quality initiatives, optimizes quality processes, and manages software release and customer quality management, alongside risk management for safety-critical products. Previous positions include leading product and process quality strategies across various domains at Continental and Robert Bosch, ensuring compliance and achieving certifications such as CMMI and ISO. Maithri's career began at Oracle Financial Services, following a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University BDT College of Engineering and further education in management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
