Marcio Machado is an experienced supply chain and logistics professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of SCM Demand Fulfillment at Continental since September 2016, Marcio oversees supply chain management efforts across the Americas, focusing on delivery reliability, cost optimization, and resource synergy. Previous positions include Sr Manager of Planning & Materials Management Operations at Microsoft, where responsibilities encompassed supply planning and logistics across three plants in LATAM, and Planning and Logistics Sr. Manager at Nokia, managing customer order fulfillment and supply planning processes. Marcio's earlier roles at Nokia do Brasil Tecnologia included Product Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, notable for launching multiple devices, including the first Nokia smartphone, and managing significant budgets for manufacturing processes. Marcio holds a Master's in Administration with a focus on Supply Chain & Logistics, an Executive MBA, and a degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
