Muhammad Wafi

Muhammad Wafi is the Head of Plant Lean Management and Penang Academy at AUMOVIO. They previously served as the Head of Plant Lean Management and Penang Academy at Continental from 2012 to 2019, where they led initiatives in continuous improvement and lean implementation. Muhammad also held various engineering positions at Continental, advancing from Staff Engineer to Senior Engineer in the Continental Business System. They began their career as an Industrial Trainee at Johan Fibres and completed several internships, including one focused on advanced production systems. Muhammad holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Universiti Malaysia Perlis, as well as a Diploma in Mechanical from Politeknik Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah.
