Paola Vanetti

Paola Vanetti serves as the HR Country Head for Italy and HR Integration Lead for Continental/Merlett since July 2020, focusing on sustainable integration and cultural harmonization. Prior to this role, Paola held several positions at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2000 to June 2020, including EMEA Talent Management & Development Senior Manager, where talent strategies and educational programs were developed, and WPS EMEA HR Manager, overseeing the transformation of production systems across 14 sites. Additional roles included HR Manager for Cassinetta Refrigeration, managing employee relations and payroll for a workforce of 1,800. With a Bachelor's degree in law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Paola brings extensive expertise in human resources and organizational development.
