Elaine Monckton

Elaine Monckton is an experienced HR professional specializing in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Assistant HR Manager of Recruitment at AISIN North Carolina Corporation since March 2023, Elaine has a diverse background that includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Biocair and as an Admissions Associate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Previous experiences include positions at McMaster University, Loblaw Companies Limited, Pareto, CIBC, The People Bank, and Shepell·fgi. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing Management from the University of Guelph and has furthered education at Sheridan College.
