Pedro Donadelli

Pedro Donadelli has extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, with roles at companies including AGCO Corporation, Beiersdorf, Bosch, and Continental. As a Werkstudent at AGCO, Pedro focused on process optimization in manufacturing engineering for agricultural machinery. Pedro contributed to the development of future drive systems in heavy goods traffic at Strategy Expert Group and supported various lean management projects at Beiersdorf. Additional experience includes research on bio-inspired production technology at Fraunhofer IST, quality assurance at Salzgitter AG, and sales operations with a focus on international projects at GOM Metrology. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Automotive Production and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, along with high school diplomas from Colégio Visconde de Porto Seguro. Currently, Pedro leads the Process Engineering department at Continental, overseeing team management and the planning of manufacturing processes and equipment.
