Rajesh Padhiary

Rajesh Padhiary currently serves as the Head of Advanced Engineering at Continental, a position held since September 2014, responsible for driving product innovation in Premium Autonomous Mobility within the Crushing product line. Prior experience includes roles at Larsen & Toubro as a Project Lead, and an extensive tenure at Tata Elxsi Ltd. in various engineering and leadership capacities from June 2008 to November 2013. Initial engineering experience includes positions at notable companies such as Sony Ericsson, Bharti Telesoft, Sasken, and SOFTLAND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, where Rajesh contributed as a software engineer. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from CV Raman College of Engineering, completed in March 2005.
