Sara Grotsch is currently the Head of Operations Unit for Dynamic & Suspension Solutions at Continental. Previously, they worked at Blohm+Voss Yachts as a student assistant from 2009 to 2011 and held various roles at Continental, including Head of Product Development and Project Manager. They also gained experience as a student assistant at HKS from 2006 to 2009. Sara is pursuing a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Mechanical Engineering at Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg.
