Vardhan Gaur

Vardhan Gaur currently serves as the Director at Continental since May 2023, overseeing all plant operations involving PCR, Truck Bus Radial, tubes, and flaps, while implementing lean manufacturing principles. Prior to this role, Vardhan was the General Manager of Product Industrialization and Process Engineering at Continental India Pvt Ltd from August 2012 to April 2023, where responsibilities included plant ramp-up and the development of new tire products, along with participation in a start-up project team focused on digitalization and process optimization. Vardhan's extensive experience in the tire industry includes holding the position of Deputy General Manager of Technical at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd from January 1996 to June 2012, and Technical Manager prior to that. Vardhan's professional background also includes a tenure as Q-Tech Manager at Goodyear India Ltd for a brief period in 2005. Educational credentials include an International Management Program from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur.
