Erica Lee has extensive experience in retail management within the attractions industry, currently serving as Group Retail Manager at Continuum Leading Attractions since November 2013. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Interim Head of Visitor Centre at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew from June 2012 to July 2013. Earlier in their career, Erica contributed to the Merlin Entertainments Group in various capacities, including Front of House Manager, Retail Manager, and Sales and Promotions Manager from January 2007 to February 2012. Erica completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Architectural Studies at The University of Sheffield, where studies took place from 2001 to 2004, and attended Tiffin Girls' School from 1994 to 2001.
